In 2011, Dave created Fit Life Inc. as a way for clients to create optimal health in five key areas of their lives; physical, mental, emotional, financial and spiritual. The clients that have seen the biggest transformations over the years call themselves, Champions.
Beginning with one client in a private gym in Denver to working with clients all over the world, Dave has created a simple yet effective workout program designed to get results fast while having fun and staying safe.

Over the first few years of his career, Dave began to recognize similarities amongst his clients. They were often times discussing the same topics when working out.
Relationships, work and stress were regular themes and topics of conversation and Dave's coaching practice began to expand and grow with their needs. As a result, The Dave Glaser Podcast was created to seek out experts in the fields of life, love and self-care to support the Fit Life community across the world.

In 2017, Dave found Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and began to train relentlessly. He found that the discipline required to maintain health, wellbeing and presence on the mat when competing was a useful tool to teach others suffering in similar ways.
Five years later, Dave was awarded his purple belt from the Easton Academy in Denver, Co. Drop his name at any one of their eight martial arts schools for a free jiu-jitsu or kickboxing class.
Try It For Yourself at EastonBeyond the practice of jiu-jitsu, Dave branched out into additional embodiment practices like cold plunges and breath work. When added to journaling and meditation in a morning routine, an embodiment practice can do wonders for your central nervous system.

Dave received his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver and continues to grow and expand his knowledge in health and wellness to coach clients with best practices. What he has discovered over the past 12 years of coaching clients all over the world is that providing simple systems with low risk and high reward workouts sets them up for success and empowers them to continue on long after a coaching relationship ends.
